Dinner at ivan's house!
Receive a sudden call from ivan telling me to come over his house for dinner. well, i thought it might be a normal steamboat but when he told me that his father is the chef of the day, i knew something might happen. this is what happens...
I'm served with crabs that cost hundreds of dollars and require the blood of the people in order to get these crabs.
Beef, looks ordinary but it cost $200++++++++ / kg. I was told that the people massage the cow. It melts instantly in your mouth. that's the taste!
Wonder what is below? it's a kind of fish. i forgot the name already but it taste really unique. Price: $40-100.
it's my first time tasting a scallop that is this size. about my palm size. Hm.. if i'm not wrong $10++ for one.. LOL!!
Finally, over all! Soup was fantastic. Made by Ben.
still got fish, prawns, pig liver, chicken, pork slices that taste like beef and sotongs!!!
Special thanks to ivan and his family for inviting me over to this unforgetable dinner. It's the best steamboat in my life especially the beef.
